FGI Co-Founder & CEO
Victor is internationally recognised for leading some of the most ambitious digital government reforms in the world. As a former senior minister in Australia, he pioneered citizen-first platforms like Service NSW and led initiatives in digital identity, open data, and COVID crisis response. Today, he works with governments globally to embed smarter, fairer, and more resilient public services.
