Maintaining the Innovation Momentum: Collaboration and Innovation for the Next Era
For the many and disparate departments that make up the Australian Public Service, the pandemic showed what can happen when agencies come together for a common cause. But the pandemic also showed that some of the collaboration that was so necessary then, is not sustainable in the long-term without significant changes to processes and practices.
